To provide Unitholders with enhanced capital growth through a focussed investment approach in certain preferred industry sectors at any one time.

Suitable for investors who:

• seek to achieve maximum capital growth by investing in securities of companies under certain preferred industry sectors.
• prefer a medium to long-term investment horizon to achieve potentially strong growth prospect.
• are willing to accept medium to high-risk tolerance in order to obtain higher growth of their capital.

Strategy

The strategic limit of asset allocation of the fund:

• Equities allocation: Max 95% & Min 60% under normal circumstances and at any one time, the Fund will also invest 40% to 70% ranges from the total equity exposure in the preferred industry sectors that are expected to outperform)
• Fixed income and Liquid Assets: Max 40% & Min 5%

Distribution policy: The declaration of income distribution (if any) is only incidental to the Fund and any such declaration is subject to the Trustee's approval.
